2 x rashers ofCooked Beechwood Smoked 250/100 Streaky Bacon
80gChefs’ Selections Garden Peas
200ml xChefs’ Selections Chicken Bouillon Paste
Half aBaby Gem Lettuce
Salt & Garlic & Thyme to season
Method
Place the chicken Kiev on a tray and bake for 20 minutes at 180°C.
Deep fry the potato cubes for 2 minutes then add some garlic, thyme, salt & pepper and place in the oven.
Slice the streaky bacon into lardons and fry on a medium high heat.
Cook until crispy and golden.
