Hot Honey Chicken Burrito

Ingredients
4 xChefs’ Selections Southern Fried Chicken Goujons (cooked)
1 xChefs’ Selections 12″ Tortilla Wrap
4 xAvocado slices
2 tbspTinned Mixed Bean Salad
For the Hot Honey:
To tasteChefs’ Selections Honey
PinchChefs’ Selections Chilli Flakes
Mix together to create the hot honey drizzle.
For the Salsa:
6Salad Tomatoes – quartered, seeds removed, and finely diced
½Red Onion – finely diced
1 tbspSherry Vinegar
4 tbspOlive Oil
To tasteFresh chopped coriander
Combine all salsa ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
Method
Lay the wrap flat on a clean surface.
Layer the fillings in the centre of the wrap in this order:
- Avocado slices
- A spoonful of salsa
- Mixed bean salad
- 4 pieces of southern fried chicken
- Drizzle of hot honey
Fold the bottom of the wrap up over the filling.
Fold in the sides, then roll tightly into a burrito.
Slice in half and serve.
Don’t overfill the burrito – leave space at the edges to ensure a tight roll that won’t burst when sliced.
