Sweet Chilli Chicken Skewers
Crispy Chefs’ Selections Battered Chicken Fillet Bites are coated in a sticky Thai-style sweet chilli sauce and threaded onto skewers before being finished with pickled red onion, spring onion, crushed chillies and sesame seeds. Method
Cook the chicken.
Deep fry the Chefs’ Selections Battered Chicken Fillet Bites at 180°C for 5–8 minutes, until golden brown and cooked through.
