  • Directions for Use

    In the microwave : Place 125g of frozen mashed potato in a microwaveable dish, cover the dish and place it in the microwave for 2 min. (800 W). Stir and then return to microwave for final minute. In the oven : Pre-heat oven to 200°C. Place frozen mashed potato (750g or 1kg) into an oven proof dish and cook in the centre of the oven. Stir the mashed potato after 10 minutes and place back into the oven for the remaining 15-20 minutes. In the frying pan : Cook on a low heat, stirring occasionally, until the product is piping hot throughout. Ensure product is piping hot throughout prior to serving. Do not reheat.
